Led by CTP Chairman of the Board Jose Mari Chan, the occasion was held in the presence of CTP CEO Francis BJ Albert, Directors Takamasa Sashida and Tomokazu Aoyama, with former Mayor Rommel A. Gecolea of Cabuyao City also in attendance. We recently did our Groundbreaking Ceremony for the first Wyndham Garden Hotel in the Philippines. This Hotel will consist of 235 rooms, Grand Ballroom, Function Rooms, All Day Dining and Café, Gym, and Spa.  Wyndham Hotels and Resorts granted the franchise of its first brand in the Philippines to local Real Estate Developer, Wellworth Properties and Development Corporation which is also the real estate arm of H.S. POW Construction and Development Corporation.

H.S. POW Construction and Development Corporation was awarded as the General Building Contractor for Nature Spring Water Production Facility in Gerona, Tarlac. The first concrete pouring ceremony and groundbreaking was held at the Project Site last April 19, 2018.
