We recently did our Groundbreaking Ceremony for the first Wyndham Garden Hotel in the Philippines. This Hotel will consist of 235 rooms, Grand Ballroom, Function Rooms, All Day Dining and Café, Gym, and Spa. Wyndham Hotels and Resorts granted the franchise of its first brand in the Philippines to local Real Estate Developer, Wellworth Properties and Development Corporation which is also the real estate arm of H.S. POW Construction and Development Corporation.
