Our history began when a young Insurance Agent learned valuable insights of what construction is all about – planning, preparation and implementation. Equipped with a vision, dedication to profession and a degree in Electrical Engineering from University of San Carlos, this young man from Cebu City founded his own construction and development company, H.S. POW Construction and Development Corporation on March 1985.
Today, as a client oriented organization, H.S.POW prides itself for having the capabilities to produce cost sensitive, cost effective and quality structures. The company is involved in Direct Construction, Engineering, Project Development and Design & Build projects, specializing in high rise buildings, commercial facilities, industrial plants, warehouses, condominiums, hotels and shopping malls.
